The RCP Story

Flavors Forged in Heritage

We’re Rodeo City Provisions, a Texas barbecue restaurant in Mesquite. Around here, it starts at the pit—brisket, ribs, and the kind of food you want to sit down and share. Texas barbecue is our foundation, and our Mexican influences and Colombian roots are part of what makes it ours.

I’m Leo Morales, chef, pitmaster, and owner. RCP is how we bring all of that together: barbecue, breakfast on the weekends, a good cocktail, and a place where you can settle in with your people. You’ll find us at the historic Mesquite Arena, and soon in Uptown Dallas. Come hungry. We’ll take care of you.
